In observance of Christmas, The Direct Group’s offices and warehouse will close December 23^rd and 24^th.

For New Years, all offices and warehouse will close at noon on December 30^th and all day on the 31^st.

 

UPS expects to hire 50,000 holiday workers. Hiring began shortly before Thanksgiving and a “significant number” of season employees will be offered permanent positions after January.

Breaking News: New Rates FedEx 2011

New rates will be in effect starting January 3, 2011.

FedEx Express (package and freight) and FedEx Ground rates will increase an average of 5.9%.
