USPS announced this morning that it plans you close over 250 processing centers around the nation. It also plans to increase delivery time for first class mail from 1 - 3 days to 2 - 5 days. All other mail will also take longer to deliver. The proposal is to save $2.1 billion.
As with all businesses, the USPS has to live within its means. The world is changing & so must the USPS.
